Omsorgsgruppen is a stable and growing company that has been providing quality care within group homes, daily activities, and personal assistance since 1996. With offices in Norrköping, Linköping, and Finspång, we primarily operate in Östergötland, always focusing on proximity to our customers and employees.

About the position

As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Personnel and work environment
• Quality and finance
• Contacts with municipalities, relatives, and guardians
• Customer contact within personal assistance

The position involves trust-based working hours, and you will be part of the management on-call team according to a rotating schedule. You will be part of an engaged management team where collaboration, openness, and support are natural parts of everyday life. We are looking for someone who is independent, attentive, and unpretentious, and who enjoys both leading and working closely with your colleagues.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience as a manager or supervisor within personal assistance
• Has very good knowledge of LSS, SoL, and labor law
• Is communicative and has good collaboration skills
• Has a valid driver's license (requirement)
• Has experience with Aiai (meritorious)
